My fiancé and I recently bought a Kenmark home in July 2023. What started as a daunting process of buying my first home was simplified as soon as I walked into the first Kenmark property. Kenmark was the third builder that I was able to see in person. Within minutes of browsing the Kenmark home, i was blown away by the quality and attention to detail and knew that this was the builder I wanted to work with.

Shane was the Kenmark representative that made sure we wound up in the perfect home for us. He was personable, very responsive whenever we had questions, and accommodating to all of our requests. It was a pleasure working with Shane and I have recommended the Kenmark quality and friendly customer service to several friends without hesitation.

Colleen has assisted us with all of our warranty needs since move in. Although the quality has been spectacular, as with any new build, we have needed assistance with a few things while getting settled in. Colleen has been right on the ball giving us quick customer service and helping us with any of our needs.

Overall, my fiancé and I could not be happier with our new home and the buying experience with Kenmark. We look forward to living in a Kenmark home for years to come.

We moved from Colorado to Texas to be near family, because we were expecting our first baby. This was our first home purchase as well. Debbie made our first time home buying experience so wonderful by accommodating us with every need and beyond. Because she knew our baby was due around Thanksgiving, she even finished building the house a few weeks early so we could be ready for our baby and celebrate Thanksgiving as a family.

We cannot thank Debbie enough for allowing us to move in earlier and be ready for our baby. Our house is absolutely beautiful, but it is kindness like that makes Kenmark Homes so special. They are personal, thoughtful and professional.

When our baby came to his new home, Debbie even left a gift at our door steps—the cutest reindeer coat just in time for Christmas!

If we continue to grow our family, I would buy our next house with them without a doubt.

We loved every bit of building with Kenmark! This is not our first build process and they exceeded our previous experience X 1000. From start to finish they laid out every detail and stayed on a timeline. Trey was extremely professional and detail oriented sending us progress photos along the way and confirming placement or color options to ensure we were happy with our choices. I love that they are a family owned business with integrity and honest work ethic. As stressful as the building process can be they could not have made it go more smoothly and would highly highly consider building with them again for future homes. 5 stars isn’t enough! My husband and I first fell in love with the design of our home. I can safely say we have zero buyers remorse. The open concept floor plan makes it easy to have large gatherings. I feel that each of the features of this home is done with a family in mind. Our warranty expert Colleen has been so helpful since the beginning. She told us exactly what we as buyers had to do in order to ensure we had warranty for each of our appliances. She made sure to always be available tor us. It is was very clear how dedicated Colleen was to giving us the best customer experience because she never dropped the ball in following up or responding to every question we had no matter how inconvenient a time it might have been for her. That speaks volumes to their desire to make living in our home satisfying. We shouldn’t have any issues with the place we chose to be our home. The minor issues we have had have been addressed promptly. Overall we are extremely satisfied with Kenmark Homes professionalism.

We decided to move to Texas and have visited many developments over the Summer and was not very impressed until I came to Kenmark Homes. Designs and construction is top notch and price is very reasonable compare to other companies. We absolutely love every inch of our house, from color choices to hardware to appliances. We couldn't be happier.

Colleen Donaldson, our Warranty lady who went above and beyond to make sure we are completely happy with our home and walked us step-by-step on getting everything registered for warranty purposes. Colleen is very responsive and extremely helpful when we called to ask questions.

This is not my first, second, or even third homes, but Kenmark Homes is the first that stay in communication with us even after closing, and didn't sever all ties once we signed the final document like all the other companies that we dealt with.

Kenmark Homes is amazing! Honestly the last little bit of the process (walk through, contract, everything) went so smooth I was shocked. “We have been in our Kenmark home for two years and love it. I have been impressed with the low power bills due to the quality construction and insulation of our home. I was even more impressed last week when we were without power for 37 hours with temperatures well below 20 degrees and below zero at one point, with lots of wind. During that 37 hours, our home temperature only dropped from 68 degrees to 52 degrees and none of the PEX pipes in the walls were frozen. Great construction and wonderful people to build your dream home.”
